The society has it’s very own yoga tutor, Keeley Beech, who has been running her own company ‘yoga4all’ for many years.  Details of the full range of services provided by her company can be found at Yoga4all.

As for what is provided with people with learning disabilities, there are 2 specific classes and these are:

• Special Needs Yoga Class – Wednesdays 5pm to 5.45pm (term time only) at Leigh Community Centre, Elm Road. Suitable for ages 13 years and above and cost is £5 per session.
• Chair Yoga – Fridays 10.30am to 11.30am at The Novel Coffee Shop. £4 per session, which also includes a drink.
